About the Role

Rise2Now is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth in the ServiceNow market research sector. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who can develop partnerships, close high-value deals, and shape our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales & Growth Planning – Develop and execute business strategies to expand Rise2Now’s market research services.
  • Enterprise & Vendor Partnerships – Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and ServiceNow vendors.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management – Drive revenue growth by managing high-value accounts and closing strategic deals.
  • Market Expansion – Identify new market opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem and develop customized sales approaches.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with research, marketing, and product teams to ensure our services align with market demands.
  • Thought Leadership & Networking – Represent Rise2Now at industry events, conferences, and webinars to position us as a leader in ServiceNow research.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Use Power BI, SQL, Looker, and Excel to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and optimize business strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships (preferably in IT, SaaS, or market research).
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work remotely while leading complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and business analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Looker, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
