About the Role

Rise2Now is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our presence in the ServiceNow market research industry. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and reach out to potential clients, including ServiceNow vendors, enterprises, and consulting firms.
  • Client Engagement – Develop relationships with decision-makers, IT leaders, and ServiceNow stakeholders to understand their market research needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Collaboration with Research Teams – Work closely with analysts to align client needs with our research solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing – Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract closure.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay updated on ServiceNow trends, competitors, and industry shifts to refine sales strategies.
  • Basic Data Analysis – Utilize tools like Excel, Looker, and CRM dashboards to track sales performance and customer insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in IT, SaaS, or market research).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, or Looker) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation platforms.
